I don’t think I can put into words how wonderful everyone at carSMART is specially Stewart and Jason. To say they gave me top notch customer service is an understatement. From the time I walked in the door, to test driving a couple vehicles, and finally having them work so hard to get me the best financing for my situation, I seriously couldn’t have asked for more! I’m so happy with my Jeep Patriot! I’ve been in situations in the past with pushy salesmen and these guys are definitely not pushy. They let their customers decide what they want and are very patient with the whole process. They explain everything thoroughly and make sure you’re happy with your vehicle. I wasn't exactly in the neighborhood to car shop. I was riding my motorcycle down 67 highway today when it started to pour rain. I sought refuge at CarSmart, parked my motorcycle and continued to the door sopping wet. Steve greeted me at the door and welcomed me inside. Inside he was friendly and very nice. He offered me a towel and a dry shirt and I was very thankful for the hospitality. They treated me as if I were family and made me feel comfortable for the time I was there waiting out the storm. Excellent staff, need I say more. They all treated me like a person and restored some of my faith in humanity. Thank you Steve for the helping hand. I hope to return the favor or pass on your act of kindness to someone in need. CarSmart is a great place with a great team! Thank you!
